What is Behance?

Behance is a creative portfolio website free for anyone to use to showcase their designs/photographs. It enables you to have an online presence to broadcast your work/services further and to explore other peoples work and services.

This is the home page of behance. When you have an account (which I do), the work that shows up on this screen is that of people you follow and things that they have liked. This means things of interest are shown on this page.

It is set out in a grid format so it is easy to view the different galleries and when you click on the galleries they open like this for easy viewing:

You can scroll down to see more images and you can follow the people, message them, view their profile or like there work by clicking the big thumbs up at the bottom of the page:

On the discover page you can see work of people from around the world. If you want a specific kind of work to show up you can choose a creative field, choose whether you see popular now, most liked or most recent work and you can also choose which country you are seeing work from.

On the profile tab you can view your own profile and galleries show to the right side and details of your work like followers and views are under your profile picture to the left.

You can add galleries of work or single images to your profile.

In the jobs tab you can search available jobs in selected locations for creative services.
